Sutherland Library is getting back in to some sort of order. Our first two Self Check Stations are installed and the rest are going in today. That leaves some loose ends to tidy up tomorrow before we re-open on Thursday.

This is great. Your selection are generally good and I like the library. You are missing some points.
1. You are a monoply with no transparency or control over charges. Many of us are retired and cant afford.
2. I cant find what books I had borrowed few months ago. This information is in your system. Make it available, it is useful.
3. Your dvd collection is shambles.
4. You have brought administration under control but the knowledge has become digital and you have made slow, incomplete and late progress in delivering knowledge.
