NAIDOC Week 2013 7th - 14th July.
NAIDOC Week, celebrates the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people throughout Australia. It's a great opportunity for the community to get involved and show support.

NAIDOC WEEK 4 - 11 JULY, 2010
To celebrate NAIDOC Week Sutherland Library has selected books from the collection written by Aboriginal and Islander authors.
These books will be on display in Sutherland Library to make it easy for you to choose to read an Aboriginal author during NAIDOC WEEK.
Four DVDs have been added to our collection just in time for NAIDOC Week.
Indigenous Short Films from the Deadly Yarns series 1, 2, 3 and 4.
This is also a good opportunity to introduce yourself to the performance poetry of Romaine Moreton
The theme for this year's NAIDOC Week is Unsung heroes : closing the gap by leading their way.

From Monday 6 July, 2009 - Friday 10 July, 2009 documentaries and films will be showing in the Southern Lounge at Sutherland Library.
Get a cuppa from our hot drink dispenser, relax with some friends in our comfy lounge and learn a little about some fabulous Australian Aboriginal people.
