National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) starts today with participants begin working towards the goal of writing a 50,000-word novel by 11:59 PM on November 30. This is a fun, seat-of-your-pants approach to creative writing! This year, Sutherland Library's meeting room will be a write in centre: A place where writers can work toward reaching their 50,000 word goal. Join us for some quiet writing time and the opportunity to meet other local writers.
