Sutherland Shire Libraries
On 31st January we introduced hold alerts via SMS. If you have provided your mobile number to us the library will send you an SMS message to notify you when you have items on hold, waiting for you to collect. If we don't have your mobile number and would like to take advantage of this service simply phone or visit any branch library and give tell us your number.
If we already have your mobile number and you don't wish to be notified by SMS let us know and we will make sure you continue to receive your hold notices in the mail.
Please note: the 60c hold fee still applies. This is an administrative fee for a personalised service. The Hold Fee includes GST and is in accordance with Sutherland Shire Council's Schedule of Fees & Charges 2005/6.
